At the very bottom is
what I like to call The Commoners. People that didn’t care much for their lives
are reborn here. They would choose not to remember their past life. There are
usually so many of them and are very quick. Somewhat like lost souls trying to
rediscover themselves in the afterlife. It’s not really the last level but the
first level, these guys are the starting point to what is about to come. They
can choose who they want to be in the future from many different types of
beings.

the ceiling I would like to believe. It might be a reflection on hell but I
cannot be sure another one of my theories is that they could just be in this
same world just on a different plane or dimension that sometimes collides with us.
If that is the case then they would come from the ground, a basic reborn
ceremony.

still like to believe that they are small and quick.
